HARDIE DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD
BUILDING TOWARDS GREATER HEIGHTS
The Group’s diversification into property development began with the acquisition of 70% of equity interest in Hardie Development Sdn Bhd in 2010. The Group began work on a mixed development (Alam Puteri / Princess Heights Project) on a 44.28-hectare site in Seppangar, approximately 15 kilometers north-east of Kota Kinabalu city centre in Sabah.
At present, the Group has completed Phase 1A and 1F of the Princess Heights development comprising mainly of commercial properties.
Development of a 4-storey hypermarket to be leased to MYDIN Mohamed Holdings Bhd is under way, and further plans for 6 additional phases of residential properties in the same development have been approved by DBKK*.
OUR PROSPECTS
On 2 July 2021, the Group completed acquisition of the remaining 30% of equity interest in Hardie Development. Full ownership allows the Group to realise all future earnings from the Princess Heights project.
With an eye to the future, the Group will begin focusing on bringing state-of-the-art architecture to developments and projects within Peninsular Malaysia.
